Ali Chahrour receives the ZKB Patronage Prize. The jury praised how his piece «The Love Behind My Eyes» was developped in Beirut in the time of the pandemic and other severe crises, insisting on intimacy, personal stories and embodied knowledge. Martha Luisa Hernández Cadenas reiceves the ZKB Acknowledgment Prize. The dramaturgy of her piece «No soy unicornio», according to the jury, is both simple and of striking clarity. The jury is sure to have spotted a very talented writer, creator and performer in the Cuban artist. Finally, the ZKB Audience Award goes to «The Children of Amazi (Kinder des Wassers)» by SMALL CITIZENS. We warmly congratulate all award winners!
