Wheelchair bays

The festival site, all venues and gastronomic services as well as the entire infrastructure are wheelchair accessible. Please reserve your wheelchair bay in advance: contact@theaterspektakel.dont-want-spam.ch or 044 442 24 22. There are three toilets for the disabled, two of which have Eurokey.

For the hearing-impaired

Induction loop

The sound at the venues Werft, Nord and Süd is amplified by induction loops. Please note the information on the program pages.

Surtitles

All foreign-language productions are categorically surtitled in German, partially also in English or French (with the exception of some Short Pieces).

Descriptive surtitles

All performances of Gisèle Vienne’s «The Pond / Der Teich» (Nord) are presented with descriptive surtitles.

Sign language

The following performances are translated into sign language DSGS:

Communication aids for the visually impaired are available.

Audio-description

Two performances are supported by live audio-description

Tactile model

A tactile model of the festival site is situated at the main entrance to the Landiwiese.

Guide dogs

Guide dogs are allowed in all performances. Please announce your visit in advance on contact@theaterspektakel.dont-want-spam.ch or 044 442 24 22 and contact the admittance staff of the respective venue at least 30 mins before the start of performance.

Assisting people

Assistants accompanying people with disabilities are entitled to a complementary ticket. Please reserve your ticket in good time: contact@theaterspektakel.dont-want-spam.ch or 044 442 24 22. The tickets can be picked up at the Landiwiese box office, desk for special tickets.
